Project Management
ILTP Consulting have Project Managed Planning Applications throughout Ireland. ILTP are experienced and skilled in meeting with other Team members and managing the project to get the desired results for our clients. Throughout this work we have developed the experienced project leaders, skilled support staff and proven control systems that are essential for effective project management.
The principal application of ILTP’s Project Management services is in 'prime agency' commissions where we act directly for the client in planning, designing and executing the project. By integrating skilled design and effective management, we give the client total control over the direction of the project and ensure full client involvement in all key project decisions.
Our service is characterised by an emphasis on delivery, a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, robust planning and management processes, professionalism, and customer focus.
Our understanding of the design and construction process and our ability to bring relevant technical experience to a project, gives us the capacity to deliver cost-effective projects that meet client requirements both on time and within budget.
Metropark
ILTP Consulting were appointed as Project Managers for the Metropark Project by Accordello School Partnership in 2010.
The Metropark Lands consist of 81 hectares of strategically located lands immediately adjacent to Dublin Airport and the M50 Motorway. The lands are minutes from the M1 and Dublin Port Tunnel and within easy reach of Ireland’s leading universities, medical schools, teaching hospitals and science facilities.
The lands will be developed with a vibrant mixed uses including employment, commercial, logistics, medical research, leisure & culture and conferencing facilities.
ILTP consulting have worked on the planning and development of these lands since 2001. As Project Managers for the Metropark site, ILTP act directly for the client in planning, designing and executing the various elements of the project.
ILTP have also worked closely with the landowners and Fingal County Council in order to develop a suitable Local Area Plan for the lands. ILTP have worked closely with Fingal County Council to ensure the timely delivery and scheduling of the Local Area Plan for these lands.
The Local Area Plan was adopted by Fingal County Council on December 10th 2012.
ILTP were also responsible for researching and co-ordinating submissions for the landowners on the Fingal Development Plan 2011-2017. These submissions were vital in ensuring suitable land use zoning objectives are applied to these lands.
As the Project Managers for the Metropark Project ILTP Consulting have been involved in mediation and advocacy with a number of agencies including Fingal County Council, Dublin Bus, the Railway Procurement Agency and the Quality Bus Network Office.
In the medium term it is planned that Metro North will run through the lands and there will be a Metro Stop located within the lands along with Park and Ride facilities. The proposed Metro West line will also run through the lands and conntect with Metro North at the Metropark Stop.

Moygaddy
ILTP have been involved in the project management of 242 acres of lands in Moygaddy, Maynooth for our clients Moygaddy Park Developments. As project mangers ILTP have successfully co-ordinated the work of a team of highly skilled specialist consultants to bring about a successful planning application for a high grade office and research facility of 4,667sqm. The application also included upgrades to the R157 and CR571 regional roads.
ILTP are still involved in this project and has been representing and supporting our clients in representations and meetings with Meath County Council, Kildare County Council, Enterprose boards and Government departments.

ILTP have also acted as project managers for the development of a large Neighbouring Centre on the N75 outside Thurles Tipperary on behalf of our clients Yeaghar Limited. The mixed use neighbourhood centre comprising retail units, office units, restaurant, wellness centre and thirteen two-storey houses.
ILTP acted as project managers, planning consultants and traffic and transport engineers for this project. The development was granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanala in April 2010.
